One Act Plays and Rivertowne Readings Series

Coming up on November 30th, we have our fundraising event 'Holidays, Families, and other Bonfires' where we will perform a variety of one act plays and performers.

Earlier in 2019 we were delighted to present Rivertown Readings #1 a live performance showcase at Aunt Bridget's Tea Room. What a delight!

Filmmaking

In 2019 we are putting out three short films.  Our 48hfp entry 'The Dick' and our intern's wrestling documentary will be available shortly.  Our independent film 'Secret Santa' was shot in early Spring, and is in the picture lock #2 editing and sound editing phase.

Volunteer Cast and Crew

Can a community theater and indie filmmaker ever have enough volunteers?  We are beyond thrilled to have some new actors, interns, and crew members that have helped us this year.  If you are interested in helping us out please send reach out and send an email to info@stoopsferryproductions.com

Organizational

We are a registered 501(c)3, have established working relationships with local educational institutions, and contribute to the local arts and Coroapolis communities.

Supporting other filmmakers and artists

We believe in cross-pollination of ideas and networking.  We love working with different groups and meeting new people to learn new things.  We encourage our board and members to work with other people on other projects to stay fresh.  A rising tide lifts all boats.
